Google has unveiled the first foldable phone, the “Pixel Fold”. Google is yet to reveal the specifications and pricing of the new Pixel Fold. Google has posted a video teaser on Twitter with the phrase ‘May the fold be with you’. Along with this, Google has also said that this device will be launched on May 10 at the Google I/O event.

The new video reveals that the Google Pixel Fold will come with a triple camera setup. The third lens is the periscope lens, which is also found in the Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra. A CNBC report claims that the price of this phone will be similar to Galaxy Z Fold4. That means this Google phone can be launched with a price of 1.55 lakh rupees.

The video also reveals that Google’s first foldable smartphone has a vertical hinge that opens like a tablet-like display. Similarly, the Samsung Galaxy Fold lineup also opens up. Users also get a touchscreen outside to use the phone when the phone is off. According to reports, the ‘Google Pixel Fold’ could feature a 5.8-inch display, which when unfolded becomes like a 7.6-inch tablet.
