સદરહુ યોજના હેઠળ લાભ મેળવવા માંગતા અને સરકાર દ્વારા નિર્ધારિત માપદંડોને પૂર્ણ કરતા હોય તેવા અરજદારો પાસેથી 01/05/2023 થી 31/05/2023 સુધી પોર્ટલ esamajkalvan.gujarat.gov.in પર ઑનલાઇન અરજીઓ મંગાવવામાં આવે છે.

Objective of Pandit Din Dayal Upadhyay Housing Scheme:
Applicants from every district belonging to Socially and Educationally Backward Classes, Economically Backward Classes and Non-Nomadic Castes can apply online.
The online portal will continue till the target for nomadic caste is achieved.

If no applications are received against the target in the district during this period, the said period will be extended.
So that the applicants keep looking at the online portal.
It has been decided to continue the applications for the financial year 2021-22 and 2022-23 of this scheme in the districts which have pending online applications in the next year 2023-24.

So applicants who have applied within the said period and have pending applications where the application has not been approved will not have to apply again.
Online pending applications for the year 2021-22 and 2022-23 will be given first priority to fulfill the target of that district for the year 2023-24.
Thereafter applications for the current year will be considered.

Who can benefit from Gujarat Pandit Din Dayal Upadhyay Awas Yojana 2023?
જો તે જિલ્લામાં લક્ષ્યાંક કરતાં વધુ અરજીઓ હશે તો માત્ર સંપૂર્ણ દસ્તાવેજો ધરાવતી અરજીઓ જ ધ્યાનમાં લેવામાં આવશે અને અધૂરા દસ્તાવેજોવાળી અરજીઓ ધ્યાનમાં લેવામાં આવશે નહીં.
તેથી અરજી સંપૂર્ણ જરૂરી વિગતો સાથે કરવાની રહેશે.

પંડિત દિનદયાલ ઉપાધ્યાય આવાસ યોજનામાં સહાય મેળવવા માટેની અરજી માત્ર ઓનલાઈન કરવાની રહેશે.
અરજી સાથે જરૂરી દસ્તાવેજો પણ ઓનલાઈન અપલોડ કરવાના રહેશે.
અરજીની હાર્ડ કોપી જિલ્લા કચેરીમાં આપવાની નથી.
પરંતુ જો જરૂરી હોય તો, અસલ દસ્તાવેજ જ્યારે માંગવામાં આવે ત્યારે જિલ્લા કચેરીના અધિકારી/કર્મચારીએ બતાવવો/આપવો.
જો અરજી તમામ જરૂરી વિગતો ભરતી નથી અથવા જો અરજીમાં અધૂરા દસ્તાવેજો છે, તો તે આપમેળે નકારવામાં આવશે.

અરજદાર ગુજરાત રાજ્યનો વતની હોવો જોઈએ.
અરજદારના પરિવારની વાર્ષિક આવક ગ્રામીણ અને શહેરી વિસ્તારો માટે રૂ. 6,00,000/-થી વધુ ન હોવી જોઈએ.
અરજદાર અથવા તેના પરિવારના સભ્યોએ અગાઉના વર્ષોમાં આ ખાતા દ્વારા અથવા ગુજરાત રાજ્યના અન્ય કોઈ ખાતામાંથી આવી સહાય મેળવી ન હોવી જોઈએ.
આ યોજનાનો લાભ પરિવારના એક વ્યક્તિને માત્ર એક જ વાર મળી શકે છે.
ઓનલાઈન અરજીમાં, અરજદારે તેના પરિવારના સભ્યનો મોબાઈલ નંબર આપવો પડશે અને મોબાઈલ ફોન ચાલુ રાખવો પડશે.
જો અન્ય વ્યક્તિનો નંબર આપવામાં આવ્યો હોય અથવા એકથી વધુ અરજીઓ મળે તો આવી અરજીઓ રદ ગણવામાં આવશે.

How to get help in Pandit Din Dayal Upadhyay Housing Scheme?
In Pandit Din Dayal Upadhyay Awas Yojana 2023, the beneficiaries will get a total assistance of 1 lakh 20 thousand.
First installment Rs.

- Applicant’s caste/sub-caste instance (Economically backward class applicant need not attach caste instance), Applicant’s Leaving Certificate (if educated)
